1. Products and Print-on-Demand Service

250PROUD™ utilizes print-on-demand services (such as Printify) to fulfill and ship orders. All products are printed specifically for you upon ordering.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website at checkout are the final prices for the respective products. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Lauralai LLC and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. "250PROUD™" and related brand marks are the exclusive property of Lauralai LLC. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from Lauralai LLC.

4. User Accounts and Information

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom-printed, on-demand nature of our products, we currently do not support general returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of product delivery with photographic evidence, and we will work with our print partners to issue a replacement or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 250PROUD™, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
